TMP, A Division of French is internationally recognized for building high-performance machinery for the elastomer, composite, printed circuit-board, plastic card lamination, and other related industries. As a custom manufacturer, our engineers work with our customers to provide molding and mixing solutions designed to increase your production time and reduce time and product waste, resulting in increased profits.
Since 1978 TMP has been engineering and manufacturing technologically advanced intensive rubber mixers, from 3-liter laboratory mixers to the larger 35 to 110-liter production models, compression and transfer style hydraulic presses from 5 to 3,000 tons and lamination presses. Completely American-made, TMP tilt-body mixers and presses are designed to the highest engineering standards and manufacturing specifications.
In 2011 TMP announced our new operating name, TMP, A Division of French, a result of a new sales structure with The French Oil Mill Machinery Company, aimed at our continued effort to harmonize the TMP and French brands since TMP’s 2009 acquisition by French. With this change, TMP concentrates sales efforts on rubber mixers, lamination presses for the printed circuit board and plastic card industries and hydraulic presses for the composite and laboratory markets. Both TMP & French sell to the rubber markets.
In 2012 we relocated from Cleveland, Ohio into The French Oil Mill Machinery Company’s Piqua, Ohio worldwide headquarters and manufacturing facility. Moving into the French facility and consolidating our management, sales, engineering and manufacturing into one location, has further enhanced our customer service and support through improved internal operating efficiencies. There has been no change in the design or high quality you expect from TMP hydraulic presses, rubber mixing systems or replacement parts.
In earlier years TMP (then Technical Machine Products) partnered with Soberay Machine, in Cleveland, Ohio to supply both new and used machinery to the rubber industry. As TMP grew, it began concentrating in two principal new-product segments: industrial presses and intensive mixers. The company acquired extensive technical resources needed to give TMP a competitive edge and allowing TMP to supply products worldwide.
With these resources in place, TMP also enjoyed the flexibility and opportunity for other related businesses such as equipment rebuilding, which invariably includes upgrades for higher automation, features for improved product quality and process control.
In addition to our historical TECHNI-MOLD and TECHNI-MIX custom line of hydraulic presses and rubber mixers, innovation at French and TMP continues with the advancements in our vacuum press designs. Our search for better methods, products and solutions to meet our customers needs will always be foremost in our future.
